These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VideoPuzzles: Jigsaw Game (the "App"), provided by Edhar Toomik, an individual entrepreneur registered in Georgia ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, accessing, creating an account in, purchasing through, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

These Terms apply to the current iOS release of the App. If an Android version is later published by a different legal entity, separate or updated terms may apply to that version.

1. The App

VideoPuzzles: Jigsaw Game is a video puzzle game in which users rearrange moving video tiles to restore a complete scene.

The App may include:

video-based puzzles;
locally stored and cloud-synchronized gameplay progress;
puzzle scores, moves, stars, and points;
onboarding preferences and personalized initial puzzle suggestions;
guest accounts;
optional Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In;
free access subject to daily limits;
optional auto-renewable Premium subscriptions;
offline gameplay and other Premium features;
sharing through the device's system share interface.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian, to use the App.

If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction:

your parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms;
you may make purchases only with their permission;
additional minimum-age rules imposed by Apple, Google, or applicable law may apply.

The App is not directed to children under 13.

4. Guest and Linked Accounts

4.1 Guest account

You may play without linking an Apple or Google account.

The App automatically creates a guest account on our backend to operate gameplay limits, save progress, synchronize data, and maintain an authenticated session.

A guest account is still a technical account, even though it does not require you to provide a name, email address, or password.

4.2 Apple and Google sign-in

You may optionally link your account using Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In.

A linked account may allow supported progress and settings to be restored or synchronized across devices.

When you link an account, guest progress may be merged into the linked account.

4.3 Account security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of:

your Apple or Google account;
your device;
any session made available through your device.

You must not access another person's account or attempt to obtain authentication tokens or credentials without authorization.

5. License to Use the App

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download and use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not:

copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App or its content;
extract, download, redistribute, or use puzzle videos outside the App except through an expressly provided sharing feature;
reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover source code, except where applicable law expressly permits it;
bypass subscription restrictions, daily limits, security controls, or technical protections;
manipulate scores, progress, points, quotas, subscription status, or analytics;
interfere with the App, backend, APIs, servers, or other users;
use bots, scripts, scraping tools, automation, or unauthorized clients;
introduce malware, harmful code, or excessive traffic;
use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes.

6. Free Access and Daily Limits

Free accounts are subject to a server-managed daily puzzle-completion allowance.

At the date of these Terms, the allowance is:

account day 0: up to 3 completed puzzles;
account day 1: up to 2 completed puzzles;
account day 2 and later: up to 1 completed puzzle per UTC day.

A network connection is required for a free account to start a new puzzle because the backend verifies the applicable allowance.

We may update free-access limits, reset timing, or related mechanics in future versions. Material changes will be disclosed in the App or through updated Terms where required.

Attempting to bypass or manipulate a gameplay limit is prohibited.

7. Premium Subscriptions

The App may offer optional auto-renewable Premium subscriptions.

Premium currently provides benefits that may include:

unlimited daily puzzle completions;
offline gameplay;
additional background-music selection.

Available subscription periods may include:

weekly;
monthly;
six months.

The exact products, prices, currencies, billing periods, introductory offers, and available plans are displayed in the App before purchase and may vary by country or App Store storefront.

Features described as unavailable, "coming soon," or not yet active are not part of the current Premium service unless they are expressly shown as available at the time of purchase.

8. Payment, Renewal, Trials, and Cancellation

8.1 Payment

Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store.

Your Apple Account will be charged when you confirm the purchase.

We do not directly receive your payment-card information.

8.2 Automatic renewal

Premium subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current subscription period.

Apple may charge your Apple Account for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, subject to Apple's applicable terms.

8.3 Trials and introductory offers

A subscription may include a free trial or introductory offer.

Where an offer is available, the App displays:

the trial or introductory period;
the price after the offer;
the billing period;
applicable automatic-renewal information.

Unless canceled before the offer ends, the subscription may convert to a paid auto-renewable subscription at the price displayed before purchase.

Eligibility for trials and introductory offers is determined by Apple and may be limited to eligible users.

8.4 Managing and canceling subscriptions

You can manage or cancel an App Store subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings.

Deleting the App, logging out, or deleting your VideoPuzzles account does not cancel an active App Store subscription.

8.5 Restore Purchases

You may restore an eligible purchase using the Restore Purchases option in the App's paywall.

8.6 Refunds

Purchases and refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple's applicable policies.

We do not directly approve or process App Store refunds.

9. Gameplay Progress and Synchronization

The App may store gameplay data:

locally on your device;
on our backend;
through third-party subscription or analytics services where applicable.

Gameplay data may include completed puzzles, moves, stars, points, preferences, settings, and daily-limit information.

For linked accounts, supported progress may synchronize across devices.

We aim to provide reliable synchronization, but we do not guarantee that progress will always be available, conflict-free, or permanently preserved. Progress may be affected by:

network failures;
device loss or reset;
local storage deletion;
logout or account deletion;
software errors;
account-merge conflicts;
unsupported App versions;
service outages.

Game scores, stars, points, rankings, and other in-App values:

have no cash value;
are not transferable;
cannot be redeemed for money, goods, or services;
may be corrected or removed if generated through abuse, errors, or unauthorized manipulation.

The current App does not provide a live global leaderboard.

10. Account Deletion

You may delete your account through:

Profile → Delete account

Account deletion removes your active user record and associated backend progress, preferences, session records, provider links, and quota information, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Account deletion also resets local App data.

Deleting your account does not:

cancel an active App Store subscription;
erase purchase records held by Apple;
guarantee immediate deletion of historical records retained by third-party analytics, attribution, crash-reporting, subscription, infrastructure, or email providers.

You can contact [email protected] regarding privacy requests involving historical provider records.

Account deletion is permanent. Deleted progress and account data may not be recoverable.

11. Sharing Features

The App may allow you to share puzzle results, text, App-generated previews, or App Store links through your device's system share interface.

When you share through a third-party application, platform, or social network:

your use of that service is governed by its own terms and privacy policy;
the selected service controls how the shared content is processed;
we are not responsible for the third party's availability, moderation, privacy, or security practices.

You must not use sharing features to violate law or the rights of others.

12. Intellectual Property

The App, including its:

software;
source and object code;
design;
logos and trademarks;
interfaces;
game mechanics and presentation;
puzzle videos;
preview images;
graphics;
audio;
text;
databases;
other materials,

is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual-property laws.

Puzzle videos may originate from stock-content sources licensed for commercial use.

You receive no ownership rights in the App or its content.

All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved.

13. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services, including:

Apple;
Google;
RevenueCat;
PostHog;
Sentry;
AppsFlyer;
Cloudflare.

We may use AppsFlyer with Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta, Unity Ads, and AppLovin to measure campaigns promoting the App.

The App does not currently display third-party advertisements inside the App.

Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

14. Privacy

Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy.

By using the App, you acknowledge that account, gameplay, preference, subscription, analytics, diagnostic, network, and attribution information may be processed as described in the Privacy Policy.

15. Updates and Changes to the App

We may:

release updates and security fixes;
add, remove, replace, or modify content;
change puzzle availability;
update free-access limits;
change subscription offerings;
change supported devices or operating-system versions;
suspend or discontinue non-essential features;
require an update to continue using the App.

We do not guarantee that any particular puzzle, feature, subscription product, provider, or integration will remain available indefinitely.

Where applicable law requires notice or consent for a material change, we will provide it.

16. Availability

We aim to keep the App available and functional, but access may be interrupted by:

maintenance;
updates;
internet or hosting failures;
App Store issues;
third-party-provider outages;
security incidents;
events outside our reasonable control.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, permanent, error-free, or secure access.

17. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that:

the App will meet every user's expectations;
gameplay progress will never be lost;
every device or operating-system version will be supported;
content will always be available;
the App will be free from errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for:

indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
loss of data, progress, profits, opportunities, goodwill, or business;
damage resulting from unauthorized account access;
third-party services or platforms;
interruptions outside our reasonable control.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.

19. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the App at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe that you:

violated these Terms;
manipulated gameplay, quotas, purchases, or subscription status;
attempted unauthorized access;
interfered with the App or backend;
used the App unlawfully;
created a security, legal, or operational risk.

Where reasonable, we may provide notice or an opportunity to correct the violation.

Termination does not cancel an App Store subscription. You must cancel it through Apple.

20. Governing Law and Consumer Rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

However, mandatory consumer-protection rights and jurisdiction rules in your country of residence continue to apply where they cannot lawfully be excluded.

21. Apple-Specific Terms

If you download or use the App through the Apple App Store:

these Terms are between you and us, not Apple;
Apple is not responsible for the App or its content;
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App;
Apple is not responsible for addressing claims relating to the App, including product-liability, legal-compliance, or consumer-protection claims;
if the App fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price of the App, if any, to the extent required by Apple's applicable terms;
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when the App, subscriptions, account system, business arrangements, or legal requirements change.

If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and may provide additional notice in the App or on our website.

Your continued use of the App after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
